Shipping & Delivery
All ReplicArt orders are packaged by hand with special care to protect your artworks.
Processing:
Every artwork is painted on demand. We don’t keep stock. Depending on the size of the reproduction artwork, allow our painters 2 to 4 weeks to complete your painting. We will send you detailed pictures so you can approve the painting or ask for revisions. Once you approve the painting, unframed/unstretched works typically ship within 7 - 10 business days, and framed works take a bit longer, usually shipping within 10 - 15 business days.
Shipping times may increase for international orders depending on local requirements. Please contact us for orders requiring special shipping to make the proper arrangements.
As soon as your piece has shipped out, you will receive a tracking number, and you can always reach out to us with any questions by emailing contact@replicart.com. Please contact us if you would like to expedite your order or shipping.
Please note a signature is required upon delivery of artwork.
US Shipping:
Within the US, our packages are shipped by FedEx and shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork. Once you have approved the final painting, most orders can be expected to ship within 10 business days. Once an order has shipped, we will send tracking information with exact delivery dates determined by the 3rd party carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted. If there appears to be an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact us, and we will do our very best to assist you.
International Shipping:
Shipping times may increase for international orders depending on local requirements. For the majority of orders, duties and taxes are included in shipping costs, which are calculated during the checkout process. For orders that require special shipping, please contact us to make the proper arrangements. Broker information may be required for oversized shipments to countries outside the US, including Canada and Mexico.
Packaging:
- Rolled canvases are sent in a tube, with a protective layer of glassine
- All stretched artworks are custom framed by hand and packaged in a double-walled foam lined box
- Oversized works are either crated or soft-packed, and shipped via FedEx or with our art crating partner
Shipment Tracking:
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.

Returns, Changes & Cancellations
Returns
We are dedicated to providing our customers with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork once the painting has been completed. We do not ship a painting until the customer has approved the quality control pictures. However, if you are displeased with your acquisition, please email us at contact@replicart.com. We’ll gladly offer you a store credit within 10 days of receipt of the artwork. Custom framed pieces and originals will have a 20% processing fee.
Note that ReplicArt does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for customized orders.
Order Cancellations
ReplicArt accepts cancellation requests with a full refund within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Cancellations requested after this window of time will be treated as a return and are subject to ReplicArt's return policy. If you believe you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at contact@replicart.com
Order Changes
For limited edition prints and custom framed works, minor changes can be made to an order within 48 hours of the order confirmation. This includes mat versus full bleed and changes in frame color. Any changes made after this window of time may result in an additional charge and extended lead time. Changes in size are treated as order cancellation, and a new order will have to be placed.
Damaged artworks
On rare occasions, one or more paintings in an Order may be damaged while in transit in possession of our shipping partners. If one or more of your painting(s) arrives damaged, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage, including images of the packaging, to contact@replicart.com. In cases where one or more painting(s) is materially damaged, ReplicArt may elect to restore or replace the damaged painting(s) at ReplicArt’s sole discretion following a review of the photos submitted (“Damage Review”). If requesting a Damage Review, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following: 1) photos of damaged areas of painting(s) must be clearly visible and submitted in .jpeg or .png format; 2) photos of damage must be received by ReplicArt no fewer than seventy-two (72) hours following the indicated delivery date of the applicable Order by the shipping provider responsible for delivering the Order; 3) photos of the damage must have been taken immediately following receipt of the painting(s), and the painting(s) must not have been hung, placed or otherwise installed prior to photos of the damage being taken; 4) a Damage Review requires a minimum of thirty (30) business days to complete, and ReplicArt may elect to replace or repair the damaged painting in its sole discretion; and 5) the delivery of a replacement painting, if any, will be subject to then existing manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability and shipping timing, and you may be responsible for payment of return shipping in the event that ReplicArt elects to repair or replace the painting(s).
