Q. When will my new artwork arrive?
A. Every artwork is painted on demand. We don’t keep stock. Depending on the size of the reproduction artwork, allow our painters 2 to 4 weeks to complete your painting. We will send you detailed pictures so you can approve the painting or ask for revisions. Once you approve the painting, unframed/unstretched works typically ship within 7 - 10 business days, and framed works take a bit longer, usually shipping within 10 - 15 business days.

Q. What stretchers do you use?
A. Our stretcher frames are built using premium-quality kiln-dried wood to ensure a solid & sturdy foundation. We're committed to providing gallery wraps fastened without tapes, glues, or any other chemicals, thus helping to preserve your artwork well into the future.
Q. What material do you use?
A. We only use the best oil paints (Winsor & Newton or Grumbacher). All our canvases are made of 100% cotton, and have been double-coated with acid-free sizing and gesso primer.
Q. What is a reproduction artwork and is it legal?
A. Oil painting reproductions are paintings that have been created by copying an original oil painting by an artist. At ReplicArt, we are strictly following general copyright laws and make sure that all the artworks presented on the website are in the public domain (usually 70 years after the death of its author). We are removing all the artist’s signature and apply a stamp on the back of each canvas to indicate that it is a reproduction.
If you are the owner or legal representant of an artwork and think that it is inappropriately displayed in our catalog, please contact us at contact@replicart.com.
Q. What is a ReplicArt Limited Edition?
A. A ReplicArt limited edition is a fixed number of identical artworks created and painted by ReplicArt artists. ReplicArt sets the edition size. Unfortunately, it is no longer available when an edition is sold out. A limited edition artwork has more value than an open edition or open run reproduction because the availability and scarcity of each work are controlled.
Q. If I love an artwork, can I get a piece in a special size or can I commission a new work not listed on your catalog?
A. For special sizing and commissions, please reach out to contact@replicart.com and we’d be happy to discuss a special size or potential commission for a new original work with the artist on your behalf. You can also provide your request through our customization page here. We’ll also facilitate any production, payment processing, and shipping requirements.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. ReplicArt currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and ShopPay. ReplicArt also accepts payments made through PayPal.
